July Construction Update
We are excited to share that construction at The Regent at Eastover is progressing smoothly and reaching an advanced stage. The 1st floor lobby is nearing completion, with notable advancements in finishes, including the installation of flooring. Our dedicated team is also diligently working on the roof top amenity area, focusing on enhancing the Club and Fitness Rooms with intricate accent details. We remain committed to delivering a top-notch development at The Regent at Eastover and look forward to a fall occupancy.
