Construction is progressing well at The Regent at Eastover, The Lutgert Companies’ luxury development in Charlotte. Work on the exterior elevations continues, with most finishes in place on the east and west elevations. Work on the northern and southern elevation is scheduled in the coming month. The site is also being prepared for the installation of the final utilities and power from Duke Energy. Inside, framing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work continues on the upper levels, while drywall installation is in progress on the lower floors. In addition, tile installation is starting on the first level.
