Our team has made significant progress as we approach the final stages of this exciting project.
Outside, the landscape and paving are on track to be completed within the next two weeks. Additionally, the painting of site walls is underway, and we are preparing for the installation of signage and parking striping following the final paving. Inside, the lower-level lobbies and corridors have had new carpeting installed, and we are setting the stage for the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy on several of the lower-level residences in the coming weeks. The upper levels residences are witnessing notable progress with the installation of the final cabinet trims and countertops.
