The exterior facade work is quickly coming to completion with most of the work centering on the balconies. This includes the wall finishes to be followed shortly by flooring and appliances such as the grills and exterior fireplaces where included. Some sitework remains mostly at the entry drive and guest parking.
Inside the building, the contractors are making efforts with finishes such as flooring and tile on the lower floors while working on drywall on the middle floors and completing rough in of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure on the upper floors. Amenity level elements such as the trellis’ and grill structure are being installed while the interior club room and fitness is being completed to allow drywall installation and finishes.
